Effective at melting snow and ice in temperatures as low as 0° F, Formulation II is easy to use with no oily residues and is safe for concrete, vegetation and landscape areas if used correctly. Formulation II contains a special blend of 85% potassium chloride (a fertilizer product used in the lawn and garden industry) and 15% magnesium chloride for maximum effectiveness.
